Stephen H. Shub, LL.B.

For 49 years, Stephen Shub has served as a lawyer in the Toronto area, supervising and processing many thousands of wills and residential real estate closings.


As a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School Class of 1972, Stephen was called to the bar in 1974 and began practising as a wills and real estate lawyer. In 1992, he began his existing law practice, Stephen H. Shub Professional Corporation, centrally located on Yonge Street.


Stephen has expanded his legal services to include 12 locations and 20 staff, and continues to dedicate his time to serving the diverse needs of the Toronto area.


His reputation as a reliable and accessible expert (to 11pm,7 days a week at (416) 520-6120) has helped thousands of Canadians achieve their personal goals in matters dealing with wills and real estate closings.

Elliot Lo, B.A., J.D.

Elliot practises in the areas of Real Estate law and Wills.


Prior to joining our firm in 2022, he obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 2018 and was subsequently called to the Bar in 2019 having been involved in the practice of real legal matters for a Markham law firm from 2019 to 2022.


Elliot believes in the importance of helping his clients be more proactive in their will planning. He is fluent in Cantonese and enjoys learning about new cultures through cuisine and is passionate about soccer.
