Stephen H. Shub, LL.B.

For 43 years,  Stephen Shub has served as a real estate lawyer in the Toronto area, supervising and processing more than 60,000 residential real estate closings.  As a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School Class of 1972,  Stephen was called to the bar in 1974 and began practising as a real estate lawyer.  In 1992, he began his existing law practice, Stephen H. Shub Professional Corporation, centrally located at 5799 Yonge Street in Toronto.  25 years later, Stephen has grown the practice to include 12 locations and over 20 staff, and continues to dedicate his time to serving the diverse needs of the Toronto area real estate market.  His reputation as a reliable and accessible expert (to 11pm, 7 days a week) in Toronto’s real estate industry has helped thousands of Canadians achieve their real estate goals!
