Estate Administration

(Administering an Estate After Death)

If a person becomes deceased (with a will), then there is a process when administering the estate, commonly referred to as probate.  Probate is a court process to validate and prove (probate) the authenticity of the will as being the last will and testament of the deceased.

If a person becomes deceased without having prepared a will, there is a slightly different process for administering an estate.  Assets are then distributed according to governmental rules involving next of kin.

Our law offices are currently in the process of undertaking to provide legal services to clients to assist in administering an estate after death.  Further information will be forthcoming as we continue to develop this website.
